  • We are not in-network but we can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance. HSA and FSA cards are commonly accepted.

  • Clients often ask about what to bring, how to prepare, and what the process entails. Typically, you don't need to bring anything special—just arrive on time. The therapist will ask questions about your condition and what you want to achieve from the session. You can undress to your comfort level and will be covered with sheets for privacy.

  • We ask for 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.

    If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

    In case of a no-show, the card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

    We appreciate your understanding in regards to our policies.

  • Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer mobil services. We would love to see you in our relaxing studio.

  • The frequency depends on your needs and the issues you’re addressing. Many therapists recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions, especially if you’re dealing with chronic pain or stress.
